Legal Secretary

Our Client, a Leading Prestigious law firm is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary due to the growth of their organisation.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the assigned department
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and other documents
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain and organize client files, both electronic and physical
• Assist with billing processes, including time entry, invoice preparation, and follow-ups
• Liaise with clients and other internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents and filings
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Degree, Diploma or ITE certification, preferably in business studies or courses of relevance 
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant secretarial experience in law firms
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
