Join Kelvin Chia Partnership as a Litigation Secretary in the Litigation Department, providing essential secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and managing legal documentation and court documents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the Litigation Department to ensure smooth case management.
• Manage legal documentation by tracking, filing, and organizing documents accurately for easy retrieval.
• Draft and prepare court documents to support litigation processes effectively.
• Perform ad-hoc secretarial and administrative tasks as required to support department operations.
• Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and eLitigation software proficiently to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate clearly in written and spoken English to facilitate effective collaboration and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members positively and work independently with attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in litigation work to contribute effectively to department needs
