• Position : Loan Processor/Credit Officer (Car Loans Experience/Sin Ming Dr.)
• Location : Sin Ming Dr
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Process hire purchase loan applications, and assess eligibility
• Attend to loan enquiries and provide/advise on appropriate loan solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
• Conduct credit search on customers and collect all necessary information and documents from them.
• Submit information and documents to banks/financial institutions for loan approval
• Liaise with internal and external parties for processing of hire purchase loans
• Plan and perform administrative / documentation procedures throughout entire process till disbursement of the loan
• Assist with other administrative functions to ensure loan processing and administrative processes are running efficiently

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• Possess minimum GCE ‘O' levels or equivalent
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge, and be sensitive with numbers
