We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Administrator to support our growing operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring products move efficiently from warehouse to customer, supporting our retail, e-commerce, and trade channels.

Coordinate transportation and delivery arrangements across retail, e-commerce, and trade channels.
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues.
Maintain logistics records and update internal systems.
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Perform regular cycle counts and support periodic stock-taking activities.
Monitor inventory accuracy and highlight discrepancies for prompt resolution.
Process customer orders through picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor order status to ensure excellent customer fulfilment performance.
Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve fulfilment issues.
Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and fulfilment efficiency.
Assist with purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
Prepare regular reports on inventory, deliveries, and logistics performance.
Maintain accurate operational records and filing systems.
Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory or warehouse management systems.
Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Able to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive problem solver who can respond quickly to operational challenges.
Good understanding of warehouse safety practices and quality standards.
Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and a strong team player.
