Logistics Assistant (WMS) 3PL Logistics MNC

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Logistics Assistant to join their logistics team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Jobs Scope:

• Assemble necessary shipping documentation.
• Create invoices for shipments.
• Send pre-alerts to customers regarding their shipments.
• Support in handling customer orders.
• Carry out extra duties assigned by warehouse management.
• Keep SAP records current and accurate.
• Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all records, digital and paper.
• Oversee inventory cycle counts and correct discrepancies.
• Produce and deliver information and documents efficiently and accurately.

Requirement:

• Min Higher Nitec in related field
• Min 2 years of logistics operations experience
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office
