Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for performing virtual Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP for shipments delivered to OSAT/subcon locations, based on reports and confirmations provided by the planning team. The role ensures accurate and timely GR posting, shipment tracking, and coordination with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and smooth material flow.

Job description:

• Perform virtual GR in SAP for parts delivered to subcontractors (OSAT) according to the AWB information and planning team reports.
• Verify shipment details, quantities, and delivery confirmation before executing GR in SAP.
• Work closely with the planning team to receive daily/weekly reports of parts delivered to subcon.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to validate any discrepancies in delivered quantity, AWB, or delivery date.
• Update SAP records promptly to support inventory accuracy and downstream processes.
• Track pending GR items and follow up with planning/subcon teams to close open deliveries.
• Maintain logs and documentation for all virtual GR transactions.
• Support internal audits by providing system transaction history, AWBs, and delivery confirmation records.
• Assist in resolving GR-related issues such as mismatch, wrong delivery entries, or missing documentation.
• Prepare summary reports on GR status, outstanding items, and shipment status/completion.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• Multitask able to support another department and general 5S-housekeeping duties

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics operations, or SAP-related tasks.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred).
• Good understanding of GR processes, AWB tracking, and basic supply chain flow.
• Strong communication skills to work with planning teams and subcontractors.
• Detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and documentation discipline.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel reporting skills.
