Logistics Coordinator (West / Inbound Outbound Documentation / 5 Days)

• Basic Salary $2600 -$3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location at Pandan Crescent (Jurong East)

• Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm(Monday – Friday)

Job Scope

• Coordinate and arrange daily delivery schedules.
• Monitor and update delivery status, ensuring smooth execution of logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory movements, including stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Prepare and manage warehouse inbound and outbound documentation.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal team to coordinate logistics activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other logistics-related documents when required.
• Follow up on shipment status and resolve any delivery or operational issues.
• Support warehouse and operations teams in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirement

• N Level and above
• 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
