Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and handle all incoming air and sea shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Vessel Documents, Air Waybills (AWB), Bills of Lading (BL), and other related documents.
• Maintain and update stock inventory records.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and Goods Receipt documentation.
• Coordinate with boat operators, ship chandlers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure cargo accuracy and timely handling.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of shipping records.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer proficiency
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and work well in a team.
• Experience in shipping or logistics is an advantage but not required.
