📋 Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit reports through the company's online system.
• Accurately update and maintain records using digital platforms.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure information is entered accurately.
• Assist with operational processes and other duties assigned by the team.
• Perform light handling of items when required (up to 5kg only).

✅ Requirements

• No experience required – Comprehensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) provided.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new digital systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage but not required.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
