Job Description
We are a local printing company looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Management Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support to the management team while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to Management.
• Coordinate printing jobs from quotation and order confirmation through production to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, production staff, and delivery drivers to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Monitor job progress and follow up on production timelines.
• Prepare quotations, job orders, delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries and coordinating logistics.
• Support tender & quotation submissions and prepare required documentation when needed.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
