Management Trainee

Job Summary

Support retail operations and store management to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction while developing leadership and operational skills through structured training and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs to understand company operations and business functions comprehensively
• Support daily retail operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and store administration to ensure smooth store functioning
• Assist in achieving sales targets by supporting sales activities and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
• Collaborate with store managers to coordinate staff scheduling and operational planning for efficient store management
• Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports to identify business opportunities and recommend operational improvements
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless execution of business activities and company initiatives
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to boost store visibility and sales
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and service standards to maintain compliance and quality
• Participate in problem-solving and process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills through on-the-job training and coaching sessions
• Undertake cross-functional assignments and special projects as directed by management to support business goals
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the company as needed
