Management Trainee (6-Month Contract)

Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role, subject to business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in strategic projects across different business entities.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing cross-functional projects.
• Work closely with senior management and various departments on business initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Support business transformation, process improvement, and business development projects.
• Perform research, gather data, and recommend solutions to improve business performance.
• Take on ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
