We are looking for an effcient and committed Manager to join our office Manager, you will be managing the day today activities. You willberesponsible for arranging meetings for the staff provide them necessary offcial documents and keep a record of the appointmentswithin the office. You will be also arranging monthly repairs andrenovations.You will also be organizing once operations and procedureYou shouldbehighly dedicated to work and haveexceptionalorganizational skills. Responsibilities of a Manager

  • Work with Human Resources sta" torecruit, interview, select,hire,andemploy an appropriate number ofemployees.
  • Provide oversight and direction to theemployees in theoperatingunit inaccordance with the organization'spolicies andprocedures.
  • Health and safety of the workforce.
  • Carrying out and attaining themissionand the goals of the businesunit managed.
  • Development of a superior workforce.
  • Development of the department.
  • Development of an employee oriented company culturethatemphasizes quality, continuous improvement, keyemployee retentionand development, and highperformance.
  • Personal ongoing self-developmentandpersonal growth as anemployee.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff,including overseeingnewemployeeon boarding and providing career
  • Plan and implement systems thatperform the work andfulfillthemission and the goals of thedepartment efficientlyandeffiectively.
  • Plan and allocate resources to effiectively sta" and accomplish thework to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processesandprocedures to enhance speed, quality,efficiency, and output.
  • Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary tocarry out the functions of the department.
  • Prepares periodic repofor management, asnecessary or requested, totrackstrategic goalaccomplishment.
  • Communicate regularly with other managers, thedirector,vicepresident, president, and other designated contacts within the organization

Manager Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience inbusiness,supervision,andmanagement.
  • Knowledge of the functions,operation, and mission of the specificdepartment.
  • Better than average written andspoken communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonalrelationship buildingandemployeecoaching and development skills.
  • Management experience in a teamoriented workplace preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead anddevelop a department anddepartment staff members.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basiceconomics, budgeting,andaccounting principles and practices.Demonstrated ability to serve as aknowledgeable resource to theorganization's management team that provides leadership anddirection.Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Musinclude knowledge of Excel andskills in Access..Evidence of theability to practice ahigh level ofconfidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational managementskills
