MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager who can take ownership of both operations and business performance of an outlet.

This role is not limited to supervising daily operations. The Outlet Manager is expected to lead the team, drive business performance, execute outlet-level marketing initiatives, and maintain stable store operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with business awareness, capable of managing the outlet independently on a day-to-day basis while continuously improving outlet performance within the Group’s operational framework.

This role is suitable for managers who are comfortable taking ownership of results, rather than relying solely on on-site supervision.
