Manager/ AVP, Board Services

1. To independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.

2. To be involved in the smooth running of operations of the teams, including being involved the in the design of new processes or systems and/or the improvement of existing processes or systems.

3. To oversee/mentor junior members of the team.

4. Work scope would include:-

• Handling a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities including, but not limited to, organising board/board committee meetings, taking minutes of meeting, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, amongst other tasks assigned.
• Contributing to the management and growth of a team of effective professionals to serve clients’ needs, including work review, coaching and staff development.
• Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
• Manage clients’ deliverables to ensure that agreed timeline is met.
• Other matters as may be assigned or may arise from time to time relating to the delivery of services to the client.

Requirements:

• ICSA graduate, preferably with degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law/IT related disciplines.
• Min 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, including as named company secretary, and currently operating in managerial capacity.
• Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act. A high degree of professionalism, ability to communicate with various level of management, integrity as well as processing decision-making skills.
• Having had some exposure to investment and financial industry would be useful.
