Job Description - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in the construction sector.
Develop and implement business strategies, corporate policies, and operational plans to achieve organizational objectives.
Oversee all business functions, including project management, business development, finance, human resources, and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, investors, and government agencies.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies to increase revenue and strengthen the company's market position.
Monitor financial performance, approve budgets, manage cash flow, and ensure effective utilization of company resources.
Lead contract negotiations and make key commercial decisions to maximize business value and project success.
Ensure compliance with Singapore laws, industry regulations, workplace safety requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Drive organizational development by recruiting, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams across all departments.

Represent the company in industry events, stakeholder meetings, and strategic discussions while promoting the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives.
