Marine Safety Admin Assistant (Marine Co./Shenton Way/5 days)

• Maintain document control as required.
• To guide, motivate and mentor the Marine Safety Officer including for administrative duties and understanding the requirements.
• To assimilate distribution records and confirmation receipts.
• To maintain professional and good communication and teamwork with other staff in Office and on-board for maintaining good company synergy.
• Distribution of BCST and GROP messages and upload into system.
• Provide support to Marine Superintendents for administrative requirements.
• Inventory of logbooks and printing requirements.
• Mail dispatch duties
• Carry out other duties for the department as assigned.

Requirements:

• N/ O level holder
• Prefer some years of relevant experience in marine document control.

5 days work week
