Job Description - Marketing & Administration Executive

The Marketing & Administration Executive plays a dual role in supporting business growth and ensuring smooth operational execution. This position is responsible for executing marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand visibility, while also managing administrative, sales coordination, and office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

This role will work closely with Asia Director, Asia Regional BDM’s, Certified Channel partners and internal Commercial Development team to act as a strong advocate of the corporate marketing strategy, whilst supporting the Asia Team in the provision of Value propositional information, regional marketing campaigns, and overall Traka branding Internationally. This position will involve periodic travel to locations within Asia.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, organized, and commercially aware individual in a growing B2B environment.

Job Responsibilities:

A. Marketing & Business Development Support

 1.Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing activities to support Traka’s Asia business objectives.
  • Coordinate regional marketing initiatives, aligning them with the global marketing strategy.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration and communication between marketing, sales product development teams and ASSA ABLOY group marketing teams to align on branding and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

2. Campaign Creation, Execution & Lead Generation

  • Create, edit, and manage marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, and case studies. Write and proofread copy.
  • Create, develop, and support sector-specific marketing content, campaigns and promotional initiatives tailored to industries such as data centres,  healthcare, transportation and other focus sectors in the region and its campaign performance metrics.
  • Support sector-focused campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics.

3.Digital Marketing and Analytics

  • Manage social media accounts and execute targeted digital campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing, LinkedIn posts, and website updates.
  • Manage of digital channels, including website updates, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Optimize SEO and PPC campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI.

4.Events & Partner Marketing

  • Coordinate trade shows, partner events, and webinars.
  • Manage event logistics, materials, and follow-up activities.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives with channel partners.

5.Content & Sales Enablement

  • Develop brochures, presentations, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Support proposal preparation and tender submissions.
  • Maintain marketing materials library and brand consistency.
  • Communicate with target audiences and manage agency relationships.
  • Manage generated leads and ensure opportunities are properly registered in the company’s systems.
  • Manage and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions, and maintain customer leads databases.
  • Monitor competitor activity and comparison matrix.

6.Market Research

  • Create customer questionnaires for business insight.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry research.
  • Support management with market insights and reports.

B. Administration & Sales Operations Support

 1.Sales Administration

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Maintain CRM (Sales Force) records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Track project documentation and approvals.

2.Finance & Reporting Support (Marketing activities related)

  • Support accounts receivable tracking and collections follow-up from.
  • Assist with expense tracking and budget monitoring.
  • Prepare monthly marketing operational reports.

3.Office & Operational Administration

  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense claims.

Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution

-        Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support Traka’s business objectives.

-        Coordinate regional marketing initiatives, aligning them with the global marketing strategy.

-        Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Content Creation and Management

-        Evaluate and support Asia team with marketing campaigns to target market sectors.

-        Create, edit, and manage marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, and case studies. Write and proofread copy.

-        Develop sector-specific marketing content tailored to industries such as healthcare, transportation, and data centres and other focus sectors in the region.

  • Digital Marketing and Analytics

-        Manage social media accounts and execute targeted digital campaigns.

-        Manage of digital channels, including website updates, blogs, and email campaigns

-        Optimize SEO and PPC campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.

-        Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI.

  • Sales Enablement

-        Communicate with target audiences and manage agency relationships

-        Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications as appropriate.

-        Manage allocation of web, telephone and event generated leads to the sales channel(s) and to ensure opportunities are properly registered in the company’s systems.

-        Manage and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, exhibitions, and maintain customer leads databases

-        Monitor competitor activity and comparison matrix

-        Conduct market research and customer questionnaires

  • Collaboration and Communication

-        Function as a liaison between marketing, sales product development teams, and ASSA ABLOY group marketing teams to align on branding and best practices.

-        Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

-        Organize photo shoots.

-        Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing and marcoms materials.

Job requirements:

-        Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.

-        Relevant experience in marketing roles, typically around 5 years or more 

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare presentations and reports

-        Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HQ teams, agencies and local stakeholders
