Marketing Executive - 12 months (Contract) Kent Ridge

About the Role

📍 Location: Nearest MRT (Kent Ridge)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $4K/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute student events (orientation, networking, commencement, info sessions)
• Manage event logistics — venues, catering, registration, materials, onsite support
• Update the department website using WordPress and improve SEO with AI tools
• Create marketing collaterals (social posts, flyers, videos) using Canva and generative AI
• Support admissions outreach via social media, email campaigns, and simple marketing materials
• Coordinate with students, faculty, and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery
• Handle basic admin — records, quotations, invoices, event follow-ups

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events Management or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing related
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media tools
• Open to using new AI tools for content creation
