• Contract Duration: 10 months
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of business development activities.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and running events, including both virtual and in-person lectures, workshops, talks, and conferences.
• Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services needed for events.
• Additionally, take on extra duties and assignments as directed by the marketing and events team.

Key Requirement:

• Only Singaporean
• Diploma/Degree Marketing or in any related field
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply!
• Experience/interest in Marketing & Events will be an advantage.
• Basic design skills and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
