Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
• Oversee social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Coordinate in-store branding, merchandising, and promotional displays.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate and execute joint marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Collaborate with store operations to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, supermarkets, or minimarts.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and branding.
• Experience with promotional planning and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Singapore's retail industry.
• Knowledge of consumer trends and local market behavior.
• Experience with CRM, loyalty programs, and e-commerce marketing is an advantage.
