TutorJohn Learning Centre is expanding and we are looking for a driven and creative individual to spearhead the company’s marketing efforts and support day-to-day operations across our centres.

This is a key role within the company where you will work closely with John and the management team on branding, social media growth, student enrolment strategies, campaigns, and overall marketing direction.

✨ Your Role

🎯 Lead and support marketing efforts across social media, branding, promotions, campaigns, and outreach initiatives

📱 Manage and grow TutorJohn’s platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels

🎥 Assist in content creation, short-form videos, visual materials, posters, and campaign ideas

📈 Work closely with John on marketing strategies, student growth, branding direction, and business expansion initiatives

💬 Handle enquiries from parents and students professionally through WhatsApp, calls, and social media

🗂 Support day-to-day administrative and operational matters including scheduling, coordination, student records, and internal tracking

🤝 Coordinate closely with tutors, parents, and management to ensure smooth centre operations

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

✔ Organised, proactive, and able to multitask well
✔ Comfortable handling social media and content creation
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ Experience in marketing, admin, sales, customer service, or education industry will be beneficial
✔ Familiar with Canva, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and basic content editing
✔ Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team
✔ Passionate about branding, growth, and business development
