Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Administrator, you will support the daily operations of the onsite medical clinic and contribute to workplace health and wellness initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the onsite medical clinic.
• Coordinate employee medical appointments, health screenings and pre-employment medical examinations.
• Maintain medical records, clinic inventory and administrative documentation.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and other clinic-related administrative tasks.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of employee health and wellness programmes.
• Respond to employee enquiries regarding clinic services and workplace health matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Medical Team.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N level qualification
• Prior experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations or administrative support will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
