Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Clinic Executive to support the daily operations of our specialist clinic. Individuals with experience in customer-facing roles, including healthcare, hospitality, aviation, retail, and other service industries, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional front-desk service to patients and visitors.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and scheduling.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Process billing, payments, insurance claims, and administrative documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Deliver a high standard of service and patient care at every touchpoint.
  

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles within airlines, hospitality, hotels, luxury retail, customer service, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems.
• Prior healthcare experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
