Job Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities in carbon and green finance.

• Develop innovative service concepts, business models, and ecosystems aligned with market demands.

• Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate solutions and demonstrate real-world value.

• Engage customers to gather requirements, propose tailored solutions, and support go-to-market efforts.

• Collaborate with internal and global teams to deliver solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and sustainability frameworks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in service and ecosystem development, including business model and use case creation (preferably in B2B or financial services environment)

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Service Design, Design Thinking, Business Development, or related fields

• Exposure to green finance, carbon markets, or carbon trading is preferred
