MNC HR Assistant /Admin Assistant (Office Admin) $2300 /Woodlands / 5 days /Permanent Role

• 5 days work week (Good Pay + Good Bonus)
• Full training provided

Candidate with office admin or HR experience kindly apply

• Responsible for office administration function.
• General Office administration, including reception, telephone service, filing and clerical supports.
• Recording and updating of data such as attendance, medical and insurance claims etc.
• Mailing, courier and copier service including monitoring of courier supplies and copier machine set up.
• Stationery ordering and issuing.
• Supports on staff onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle Manager’s requests and other ad-hoc assignment.

Requirement :

• GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ Level or ITE level
• Full Training Provided

Working hour : 8 to 5.45pm Mon to Fri
