• Perform daily Inspections and walkthroughs to ensure clean and operational facilities
• Plan, coordinate, attend and monitor the execution of office maintenance works with vendors
• Manage annual service maintenance schedule
• Attend to vendors and ensure they are always accompanied within the office
• Do research and price comparison on vendors
• Able to handle emergency incidents associated within the office
• Inventory check and orders when required
• Collate orders for Admin Team
• Liaise closely with finance to ensure invoices are approved and processed
• Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist
• Programming of access cards
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
