Job Description - Office Administrator cum Personal Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator cum Personal Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to 2 Directors. The role is suitable for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling coordination, scheduling, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative and coordination duties
  • Provide administrative and personal assistant support to 2 Directors
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling arrangements
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transport, and itinerary planning
  • Coordinate incoming calls, emails, courier arrangements, and office matters
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders when necessary
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and general office upkeep
  • Support minimal Accounts Receivable (AR) administrative duties such as simple invoicing, payment tracking, and document coordination
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent
  • Prior experience in office administration, coordination, or PA support preferred
  • Basic understanding of invoicing or simple AR duties will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude with a sense of responsibility and initiative
