-Monitor, maintain and order office supplies and equipmentbut not limited to Stationaries, Groceries, Medications, Pantry items, toner

-Monitor and maintenance of existing office facility andequipment

-Vendor management such as but not limited to cleaning, pestcontrol, planter and servicing company

-Source for items and comparison of quotations

-Ensure related items have been invoiced and liaise withFinance for payment

-Assist in office main tenant and building managementmatters (e.g. fire drill, annual electrical shutdown, PA testing)

-Responsible for mail sorting, distribution and courierservices

-Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
