Reporting To: HR Manager
Position: Office & HR Administrative Assistant (No Experience Required)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in all general administration and support in the following but not limited to:
Human Resources
1. Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
2. Updating and filing of employee records and documentations
3. Leave and Staff Attendance
4. Training and Development
5. Staff Performance Management
6. Staff engagement activities, CSR events, and wellness initiatives.
Other Office Administration
1. Office Operations which includes managing office supplies, stationery, pantry, meeting rooms and office equipment maintenance.
2. Support visitor registration and reception duties
3. Mail, dispatch and documentation records
4. Managing Service and Vendor Agreement, Procurement, Schedule and Licence renewals
5. Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for Management and Staff.
6. Other shared services support and any other job assigned.
Job Requirements
No prior experience required.
Willingness to learn and with positive work attitude.
Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Part-Time/Full-time position available.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint is advantage) and other office software
