Job Description - Office clerk

Office Clerk

Salary: SGD $2,200 – $2,500

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Monthly Leave:
8 days per month

Company Industry:
Leasing Company

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administrative duties
  • Receive and send emails
  • Answer phone calls and communicate with clients
  • Prepare and organize documents, files, bills, and invoices
  • Maintain proper filing and office records
  • Assist with other general office clerk duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Clerk with relevant working experience
  • Proficient in computer office software
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
