Job Summary

Support sales and product management teams by managing quotations, maintaining CRM account and pricing records, and preparing purchase requisitions to ensure smooth procurement and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager and Product Manager in managing and processing quotations to support sales activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and pricing databases within the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions to vendors and suppliers to facilitate timely procurement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Business Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering
• Demonstrated experience of one year or more in sales support, purchasing, or administrative roles
• Ability to learn new ERP software to support operational efficiency
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and documentation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
