Officer, Compliance & Administration

Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support to the department in the preparation, formatting, proof reading, filing and management of documents, correspondence and reports.
2. Responsible for debt recovery matters including handling letter of demand, instalment requisitions and debt collection.
3. Review and process marketing approval requests submitted by salespersons to ensure compliance with the Estate Agents Act, Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) Guidelines, Company's Marketing Guidelines and other applicable laws & regulations.
4. Perform any other administrative and operational support duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

1. Diploma, Nitec, GCE 'A' level, GCE ‘O’ level.
2. Prior experience in administration, legal support, compliance, customer service is an advantage.
3. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in compliance are welcomed to apply. 
4. On the job training shall be provided.
5. Meticulous, systematic and organised, strong administrative skills.
6. Communicate professionally and confidently.
7. Comfortable to handle confidential information
8. Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.

Other Information
Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
