Job scopes:

• Assist clients in managing their social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).

• Create and edit marketing videos/content for clients’ social media platforms.

• Submit content to clients for review and approval before publishing on social media channels.

• Coordinate posting schedules and ensure content is published accurately and on time.

• Manage contracts, agreements, and client documentation.

• Follow up with signed-back customers to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Train clients on using our AI digital marketing tools.

• Coordinate with BD and internal teams to resolve client queries.

• Create and produce product demonstration videos using the company’s software.

• Assist the BD Manager in recording marketing or product demonstration videos at client sites when required.

• Conduct on-site visits to clients to provide hands-on training and support for software usage.

• Gather client feedback and work with the product team to improve user experience.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in marketing or operations support.

• Comfortable delivering client training and presentations.

• Interest in AI, digital marketing, or automotive industry is a plus.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
