Operation Support Officer - MOE Primary School (JOB REF-OSOSWE-2026-06-001)

Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Operation Support officer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Choa Chu Kang) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

● To maintain general cleanliness of the school areas / classrooms and the cleaning equipment used

● To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment

● To escort the contractors and to ensure that the contractors are carrying out specific works authorised by the School

● To ensure all rooms’ lights, fans and aircons are switched off, doors

● and roller shutters locked and the school alarm system is armed before leaving

school

● Any other duties assigned by the OM, AM and the School Leaders.

Job Requirements:

a. At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in a school setting

b. Physically fit to perform the required duties

c. Proficient in communication in English

d. Competent in using common smartphone applications (e.g. internet

browser, Singpass, Whatsapp), and Walkie Talkies

e. Pleasant in disposition with a positive attitude.

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027

Working Hours:

● Mondays to Fridays: 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hr lunch break

● When necessary, cover duty for colleagues on early shift: 6.30am to 3.30pm

(inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break)

● Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
