Operations Admin

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Administrator who is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the business. The role ensures smooth office operations, accurate order processing, and a positive experience across channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and office space
• Support stock-taking and inventory control
• Assist with ad-hoc duties when required
• Manage and maintain the company's online store (e.g. product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and content updates)
• Process online orders, coordinate packing and shipping, and monitor delivery status
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, report preparation, and record maintenance
• Coordinate with retail outlets, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure inventory accuracy and timely replenishment
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock takes
• Assist in preparing reports and operational documentation
• Support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative assistance to the management team
• Perform any other administrative or operational duties assigned by the Company

Requirements

• No experience required – training provided
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Computer literate
