OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:-

•  Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally and tactfully, ensuring timely follow-up with the respective stakeholders.

• Attend weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

• Compile documents, perform data entry, and prepare reports.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via telephone, email, and other communication channels.

• Provide administrative support to the Operations Department, including document compilation, data entry, report preparation, and monthly inventory updates in the SAP system.

• Support operational activities, including off-site assignments and after-office-hours duties, as and when required.

• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:- 

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.

• Relevant administrative or customer service experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report preparation, and the use of formulas and PivotTables.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers where necessary.

• Meticulous, organised and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• On-site role with a 5-day work week, 9am to 6pm.
