Operations Administrator Woodlands Up to $3,000

Location:  Woodlands, Singapore
Mon–Fri: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary: $2,700 – $3,100 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

Our client is a fire safety systems company providing installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire protection systems for commercial and industrial buildings. They are seeking a hands-on Operations Administrator to support daily operational and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
• Coordinate job schedules and assist with service operations
• Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation
• Support coordination between internal teams, technicians, and clients
• Assist in procurement and ordering of operational supplies when required
• Handle filing, data entry, and general office administration
• Ensure timely follow-up on service jobs and operational tasks
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in admin or operations support roles preferred
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
