Job Description - Operations & Admin Assistant

Posses good personality, polite, discipline with basic communication and Microsoft office skills.
Assertive and well-organized individual to prioritize and multitask with team members.
Operation and admin support for valves actuators, instruments with repair, calibration and testing during plant shutdown maintenance
Support on administrative duties for commercial, quality assurance, safety, maintenance and site procedures
Closely follow instructions of the operations manager.
Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
Able to take instructions from workshop lead members, coordinators and managers.
Attend safety and technical related courses and training organized by the company
Comply with all company documentation and record keeping for customers and agencies.
Able to work in team and willing to put up to team pace and productivity.
Pays attention to detail and information gathering at workshop, especially for valve data and replacements.
Flexible to work on emergency situations (weekends)
Able to work independently and as a part of a team lead.
Any other tasks assigned deem necessary for company’s operational requirements.
Ability to drive company vehicle and posses a class 3 driving license would be an advantage.
