Operations & Customer Service Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Customer Service Support to act as the key link between customers and the technical team. This role ensures smooth service delivery, efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service and installation inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing effective troubleshooting and professional customer support
• Manage multiple WhatsApp Business lines to maintain consistent, high-quality communication with customers
• Coordinate technician schedules by prioritizing urgency, location, and availability, including handling rescheduling and urgent requests
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to finalize daily technician schedules and confirm inventory readiness for service calls
• Prepare and process administrative documents such as invoices, credit notes, and quotations accurately and timely
• Update and maintain internal tracking systems to monitor job progress and support after-sales service effectiveness
• Assist cross-functional teams with general administrative duties to support smooth operational workflows

Requirements

Experience with Zetta Platform is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.

Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and professional communication manner.

Working Hours

Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

2 Saturdays off per month (after 3-month probation)
