7.30am - 5.30pm depending on schedule needs.

100% onsite
4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Role Purpose The Operations Assistant supports the daily ground operations at CFM and TSA @ Jalan Kayu. The role focuses on keeping the centres clean, safe, organised and ready for programmes, members, parents and staff.
This is a hands-on support role that requires reliability, attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Support
Assist with daily readiness checks for reception, pool, studios, toilets, changing areas and common spaces.
Conduct basic walkabouts to check cleanliness, safety and centre presentation.
Flag any defects, hazards, cleanliness issues or operational concerns to the Operations Manager.
Support the smooth running of daily classes, bookings, rentals and programmes.
2. Front Desk & Customer Support
Assist with walk-in enquiries, WhatsApp messages, calls and onsite parent/member support.
Help with sign-ins, payment checks, indemnity forms and tracker updates.
Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Operations Manager.
3. Facility, Pool & Safety Support
Check that the pool area and facilities are clean, safe and ready for use.
Ensure basic safety notices, access guidelines and pool rules are followed.
Check that first aid kits and basic supplies are available.
Assist with simple incident reporting when required.
Support follow-ups with cleaners, vendors or contractors when assigned.
4. Programme & Event Support
Assist with setup, registration, equipment preparation and pack-up for classes, camps, trials, rentals and events.
Support coaches, front desk and parents with basic programme-related needs.
Flag issues such as late arrivals, missing items, parent concerns or setup gaps.
5. Admin & Inventory Support
Update Google Sheets, trackers, logs and simple admin records accurately.
Track basic operational supplies and flag low-stock items.
Keep records of assigned follow-ups where required.
Skills & Requirements
Prior experience in operations, admin, customer service, facilities or centre support is preferred.
Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working onsite and assisting with ground matters.
Able to communicate clearly with staff, parents, vendors and management.
Able to use WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Willing to follow checklists, update trackers and complete tasks on a timely basis.
Able to remain calm and professional when handling basic operational issues.
