Operations & Growth Executive

All Clenz Maintenance Pte Ltd is a growing cleaning and facilities management company dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality services to our clients. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Growth Executive to support our daily operations and administrative functions.

What You'll Be Doing

Administrative Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
• Manage filing systems, data entry, and document control
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal logistics
• Handle general office administration and correspondence

Operations Support

• Assist the operations team with daily paperwork and reporting 
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
• Support ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related discipline
• At least 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience in the cleaning, facilities management industry is an advantage
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
