About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and creative individual to support our operations, marketing, and communications functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes coordination and bringing ideas to life through content and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

• Coordinate administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
• Manage scheduling, event logistics, documentation, and internal communications.
• Support project coordination and process improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams when required.

Marketing & Communications

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Assist with branding, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and event-related marketing efforts.
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
