Operations Assistant [Entry Level/East/West/Logistics Operations]

• 5.5 (Alternate Saturday) / 5.5 days
• Basic up to $2400 with OT payable
• Location: East / West
• Bonus provided

Job Scope:

West Area

• Update container movements
• Perform data entry and maintain proper filling system
• Collect cash payment and issue receipt
• Liaise with external parties pertaining to releasing/collection of containers
• Liaise internally to ensure smooth operations.

East area

• Handle daily operations’ document such as permit of import/export, bill of lading & airway bills
• Perform data entries & filing & documentation
• Communicate with customer & operations team for freight forwarding or logistics related matter.

Requirement:

• Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
• Possess simple computer skills in using Microsoft Word & Excel
