Operations Associate

Responsibilities

1. Physically carry and transporting art works, hanging artworksand adjusting lights

2. Inventory management.

                a.Maintaining the inventory system, updating timely inventory status and location

b. Logging in newarrival of artworks, including taking photographs

3. Coordinating with delivery vendors tomove artworks to different locations

4. Periodical maintenance of company harddisk system

5. Handling framing orders from clients andinternal requests, including liaison with vendors and maintaining costregisters
6. General administrative work

7. General housekeeping of the gallery

Requirements

1.       ITE or diploma holder with operational experience

2.       Need to be able to multi-task and meticulous

3.       Able to execute tasks with minimal supervision

4.       A passion for art industry is a plus

5.       Need to carry physical object and climb ladder

6.       Prior knowledge in art industry is not required
