Operations Executive

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
• Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry inventory and procurement
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and liaise with vendors and service providers
• Handle logistics for company activities, meetings, training sessions and corporate events
• Assist in the planning, setup and execution of company events, seminars, bootcamps, awards and roadshows
• Prepare event materials, registration, venue setup and on-site operational support
• Manage inventory, storage and distribution of marketing materials, merchandise and event equipment
• Coordinate courier services, deliveries and collection of office items where required
• Support internal departments with operational and administrative matters
• Maintain proper records of office assets, inventory and operational documents
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Provide operational support during project launches, showflat events and company functions
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by the Management

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent and above
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, resourceful and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage
