Job Description

• Order Fulfillment

• Provide client service support for E-commerce

• Labeling barcodes

• Gift shop replenishment

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat and inbound calls.

• Proficiency in Excel

• Able to communicate with China suppliers

•Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects
