Operations Executive

WIZTECH is looking for Operation Executive to provide assistance in daily business operation requirements, we are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team in the completion of customer orders processing, and converting of quotation to sales order
• Preparation of all procurement needs in the company and raising of purchase orders to vendors
• Tracking and monitoring of purchase delivery and arranging delivery of ordered items to customers
• Monitoring and tracking of Inventory in the company
• Generation of invoices when order is completed
• Maintain and tracking of all maintenance contracts in the company and work with the sales team on maintenance contracts renewal
• Prepare operation related reports

Qualification and Requirements

• GCE 'O' level or higher
• 2 to 3 years of similar working experience will be preferred, however Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Able to converse well in English
• Team Player
• Willing to learn and can work independently
