🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $3,000/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 8-month contract

Summary
We're looking for an Operations Executive to support a digital health programme. You'll be the operational backbone — managing participant cohorts, handling enquiries, coordinating programme logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track participant enrolment, progress, and reward milestones
• Respond to and resolve enquiries from participants and clinical partners
• Coordinate logistics for programme activities and pilot touchpoints
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide first-line support for the digital platform
• Support basic participant communications (emails, reminders)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Public Health, Business Admin, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• At least 3 years in operations, project coordination, or client-facing roles
• Exposure to marketing and ops tools such as Canva and FormSG, etc.
