Operations Executive (Automotive)

🔧 We Are Hiring – Operations Executive (Automotive)

Looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to join our team at Ah Keng Motor 🚗

This role requires someone with automotive knowledge or workshop experience to coordinate daily operations effectively.

📌 Job Scope

• Liaise with customers on vehicle issues and job updates (WhatsApp / calls)
• Coordinate with workshop team on repair progress
• Work with Managers to prepare quotations
• Communicate with suppliers for parts pricing and availability
• Follow up on customer approvals before work proceeds
• Ensure all jobs have proper documentation (quotation, approval, job records)
• Monitor job status and ensure smooth workflow

🕘 Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• 5.5-day work week

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 (depending on experience)
• Medical benefits provided
• Overtime payable in accordance with regulations
• All other terms in accordance with MOM regulations

✅ Requirements (KEY)

• Background in automotive studies OR workshop experience
• Able to understand basic vehicle issues and repair processes
• Able to communicate with customers, workshop and suppliers
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Responsible, organised and able to multitask
• Able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
